Position Overview:
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. This flexible role is perfect for a therapist looking to make a difference while working on their own schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients to restore, maintain, and improve physical function and mobility
- Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress according to facility standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered services
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Ohio PT license
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
- Previous SNF experience preferred but not required
