Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Pittsfield MA 01201

Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30PM (5x8)

Scheduled Hours per Week: 40

About the Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinical team. You’ll work closely with patients across age groups to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders—making a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct therapy using evidence-based techniques

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards

Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)

- Clinical experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for patient-centered care
