Eller Services is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support daily
office operations in a fast-paced plumbing and HVAC environment.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends | No holidays
Starting Pay
$16 per hour (no experience required)
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
- Schedule plumbing and HVAC appointments
- Enter and close work orders using FileMaker
- Maintain organized customer records
- Weekly accounts receivable follow-up
- Schedule inspections and backflow testing
- Confirm next-day appointments
- Prepare work orders for the upcoming week
