Part-Time Occupational Health Paramedic
Location: Beaver City, Utah

About the Role
As an On-Site Occupational Health Paramedic, youll work in a dedicated clinic setting, supporting both workers and site leadership. Youll play a key role in keeping the workforce healthy, safe, and productive while collaborating closely with safety teams. This is not a traditional ambulance role. Youll build relationships, provide ongoing care, and contribute directly to a culture of safety.At MMC, we dont just respond to emergencieswe help prevent them.
Schedule & Availability
This is apart-time,supporting a 24/7 operation.
Shifts Available:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00am-5:00pm
Availability Requirement:
Must be able to coverat least one shift per weekto remain active.
What Youll Do
- Assess, triage, and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries
- Provide first aid and emergency response when needed
- Deliver follow-up care using evidence-based protocols
- Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation
- Conduct drug screenings and occupational health testing
- Monitor worker health and provide wellness guidance
- Support workers compensation and risk management processes
- Collaborate with site safety teams and leadership
- Coordinate with local EMS for higher-level care when necessary

What You Bring
- Current UtahParamedic License(required)
- CurrentACLS certification(required)
- OSHA-30 Certification(required)
- Minimum of 2 years of paramedic experience
- Experience in emergency, industrial, or occupational health settings (preferred)
- Valid drivers license in good standing
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
