Trinity Staffing Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Jordan Junction, South Dakota.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate direct resident care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident health and well-being
- Educate residents and families on health management and ongoing care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota (or compact state eligibility)
- Previous experience in long term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
