Job Summary
This position is responsible for painting carbon fiber and fiberglass parts for the automotive, medical, and defense industries. Adheres to quality programs, policies, and initiatives.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Visually inspect and clean parts prior to applying paint
- Mix appropriate types and quantities of paint depending on batches of parts
- Apply automotive paint and clear coat using HVLP spray guns
- Visually inspect work to ensure surface is free of defects and debris
- Experience with autobody painting
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Constant and repetitive movement of fingers, hands, and wrists
- Must be able to lift 10+ lbs.

- Ability to manage time to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Functions well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Demonstrates excellent team building and teamwork skills
- Possess good decision-making and organizational skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime when production demands
- Willingness and ability to adapt to changing job duties, requirements, and cross training as needed
