We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator in Poestenkill, NY.
This key role provides vital support to our sales team and the broader organization by managing sales data, coordinating customer-facing activities, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles; technical sales or manufacturing experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with invoicing, billing, quotes, contracts, and export/shipping documents.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.

- The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience.
