Job Description Position Overview LHH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting activities for assigned roles across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection support, and offer facilitation
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements
- Coordinate interview processes to ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and hard?to?fill roles
- Leverage market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment data to refine sourcing strategies
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and labor market trends
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting challenges
- Collaborate with HR partners on workforce planning and organizational staffing needs
- Deliver consistent, positive candidate experiences through professional and timely communication
- Support employer branding initiatives, including recruiting events, social content, and community outreach
Qualifications
- Experience managing full?cycle recruiting
- Strong relationship?building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast?paced environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices
Pay/Benefits:
- Pay $29 - $35/hr

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
Pay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour
