\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania\n
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing\n
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association\n
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and work collaboratively with clinical teams\n

\n\nMed/Surg Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities\n

• Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit\n
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient status\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record\n
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and discharge planning\n
