Employer: EverCare Mobile Health
Position Type: Full-Time – Flexible Hybrid Role

About EverCare
EverCare Mobile Health delivers high-touch behavioral health services directly into long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and other community-based environments. We serve highly vulnerable aging populations with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
We are now entering a multi-state expansion phase and seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead, enhance, and scale our proven behavioral health model. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical excellence, operational leadership, and strategic innovation.
Position Summary
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will serve as both a clinical and executive leader, overseeing all psychiatric and behavioral health services across multiple states. This role blends direct clinical engagement with strategic leadership to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational performance.
Initially, this position will include a mix of clinical and leadership responsibilities, with a natural transition toward majority executive leadership as EverCare continues to grow.
The CMO will also lead our implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within the medical division—driving accountability, structure, and measurable outcomes across all provider teams.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
- Implement and uphold EverCare’s proven clinical model, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.
- Provide psychiatric oversight, supervision, and case consultation for psychiatric nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary providers.
- Serve as the supervising psychiatrist across all active states of operation, maintaining or obtaining the necessary medical licenses to support multi-state supervision.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and limited ongoing clinical work (primarily via telehealth).
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards, prescribing protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Expansion & Execution
- Lead clinical infrastructure for multi-state expansion, including licensure strategy, provider onboarding, and regional training.
- Travel quarterly (or as needed) to launch and train new markets in person.
- Participate in structured weekly leadership and operational meetings, including:
- Weekly Medical L10 (leadership and clinical strategy)
- Weekly Operations L10 (cross-department coordination)
- Quarterly Conversations (performance and growth planning)
Provider Performance & EOS Accountability
- Establish and maintain weekly scorecards and measurable outcomes for provider performance.
- Lead provider hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Set clear performance metrics and update measurable data weekly in alignment with EOS principles.
- Develop and deliver training sessions within Playbook Builder (PBB) and ensure consistent provider growth and accountability.
Continuous Improvement & Growth
- Strengthen and scale EverCare’s in-person behavioral health model across new states.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on payer alignment, clinical innovation, and sustainable growth strategies.
- Represent medical leadership in strategic partnerships and organizational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to integrate technology, AI, and process automation to enhance documentation accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Ideal Candidate
Required:
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Active and unrestricted Idaho medical license (or ability to obtain before start date).
- Willingness to obtain and maintain multi-state medical licensure to support expansion.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience with leadership or supervisory duties.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health in long-term, assisted living, or community care settings.
- Commitment to EverCare’s philosophy of care — emphasizing therapy integration, wraparound support, and whole-person wellness.
- Demonstrated organizational leadership, communication, and operational excellence.
Preferred:
- Experience with long-term care, SNF/ALF psychiatry, or community behavioral health models.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and scorecard-driven accountability systems.
- Prior experience as a Medical Director, Regional Psychiatrist, or CMO-level leader.
- Comfort with hybrid work (telehealth and in-person) and leading distributed teams.
Work Environment
- Hybrid / Remote: Mix of telehealth, virtual leadership, and on-site visits for team training.
- Multi-State Oversight: Direct supervision of psychiatric providers across multiple markets.
- Strategic Travel: Quarterly (or as needed) for market launches, team training, and leadership meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary or hourly rate, depending on experience and scope.
- Strong growth potential, including profit-sharing opportunities.
- Leadership incentives and performance-based bonuses.
- Malpractice insurance coverage.
- Flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
- Paid time off and continuing education support.
- Administrative, compliance, and clinical support staff.

This is not an experimental leadership position — it’s a chance to steward and scale a proven, high-impact care model.
As CMO, you will be at the forefront of expanding EverCare’s mission across multiple states, ensuring clinical integrity, consistency, and excellence as we grow.
