We are looking for an energetic, patient, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team! At our practice, we don't just clean teeth—we create positive healthcare experiences for children. Key Responsibilities:

• Child-Centered Care: Perform gentle and thorough dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants for infants, children, and adolescents.

• Patient Education: Teach children and parents about proper oral hygiene and nutrition in an engaging, age-appropriate way (using the "Tell-Show-Do" method).

• Diagnostic Support: Take high-quality digital X-rays and assist the dentist with comprehensive exams and charting.

• Comfort & Safety: Create a fun, anxiety-free environment for patients. Help manage behavior and provide "dental bravery" encouragement.

• Clinical Excellence: Maintain strict sterilization protocols and ensure all treatment rooms are prepared for the day's adventures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensure: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of New Jersey.

• The "Vibe": A warm, upbeat personality with the ability to remain calm and professional, even when a patient is nervous or wiggly.

• Communication: Strong ability to connect with parents and explain clinical needs clearly.

• Bonus Points: Previous experience in pediatrics or a specialty setting is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person who has a passion for kids!
