- Education Requirements: Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license\n
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Active State License\n
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities\n
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 3x12 night shifts, reliable transportation within one hour of Carlton, MN, strong communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to facility needs\n

Job Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility during night shift hours of 6p-6:30a.\n
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).\n
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.\n
- Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols and patient needs.\n
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, safety standards, and state licensing requirements.\n
