Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking experienced A&P‐certified instructors with at least 3 years of industry experience to join our instructional team.
Position Overview
As an Aviation Maintenance Instructor, you will play a key role in shaping future A&P mechanics. You’ll deliver engaging classroom and lab instruction, mentor students, and ensure FAA curriculum standards are met.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach FAA‐approved curriculum to prepare students for FAA exams
- Track attendance and submit grades within 24 hours
- Ensure coursework is delivered, completed, and assessed
- Manage makeup tests and practical projects
- Follow lesson plans and maintain a daily planner
- Review curriculum and policies before each term
- Maintain tools, training aids, and instructional spaces
- Request supplies as needed
- Coordinate with Hangar Operations staff
- Keep classrooms, labs, and hangars clean and organized
- Safeguard institutional assets

Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certification (required)
- Minimum 3 years of A&P industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of internet use
