What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that promote mobility and strength
- Collaborate with care teams to support whole-person recovery
- Educate residents, families, and fellow team members on techniques and goals
- Track progress, update treatment plans, and document results
- Create a safe, positive environment focused on dignity and achievement
What You Bring to the Team:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active PT license in the State of Ohio
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient-first mindset with a drive for results
- Experience in long-term care or rehab settings is a plus—but not required
