\nWe are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide patient care in their homes. This role requires expertise in home health and proficiency in HCHB/OASIS documentation.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n
\n• Provide occupational therapy to home health patients.
\n• Document using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) on•site.
\n• Manage 20•25 cases weekly, achieving 5•7 productivity points daily.
\n• Attend weekly in•person office meetings.
\n• Be flexible to float as needed.
\n
\nRequirements:
\n
\n• Valid California Occupational Therapist License.
\n• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
\n• 2+ years of recent home health experience.
\n• Proficiency in HCHB/OASIS, with recent experience.
\n• Experience with Oasis E post•January 2023.
\n• Ability to work 40 hours weekly, including potential weekends.
\n
\nAdditional Information:
\n
\n• 2•3 days of orientation and training.
\n• Mileage reimbursement.
\n• Flexible scrub color.
\n
\n
