What You’ll Do as a Shuttle Driver:
- Safely operate a passenger van along assigned routes
- Provide timely, professional pick‑ups and drop‑offs
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly attitude
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Report delays, issues, or vehicle concerns promptly
- Ensure every passenger has a smooth, comfortable, and safe ride
What You’ll Need as a Shuttle Driver:
- Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and focused on safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Pittsburgh area is helpful but not required
