Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial coordination and patient accounts.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and the clinical team to support a seamless experience.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with dental scheduling and insurance verification preferred.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
