About Ember & Co. Therapy

Ember & Co. Therapy is a growing telehealth mental health practice serving individuals across Maryland. Our goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians can focus on providing high-quality care while we manage the administrative side of the practice.

We believe that when therapists feel supported, respected, and empowered to build schedules that work for them, they are able to provide the best possible care to their clients.

Our practice is fully remote, allowing clinicians to work from home while remaining part of a connected and supportive clinical team.

What We Offer

At Ember & Co. Therapy, we strive to create an environment where therapists can build sustainable and fulfilling careers without the burden of running their own private practice.

  • W-2 employment with competitive per-session compensation
  • Consistent client referrals to help you build and maintain a steady caseload
  • Full administrative support, including billing, scheduling, and insurance processing
  • Flexible scheduling that allows you to design a schedule that works for you
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Free clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians (LGPC, LMSW-C, etc.)
  • Supportive and collaborative clinical leadership
  • Opportunities for professional development and CE support as the practice grows

Ember & Co. Therapy is currently a fully remote practice with plans to expand to an optional in-person location in Maryland in Summer 2026.

Ember & Co. is seeking passionate, dedicated clinicians (LMSW, LGPC, LCPC) to join our growing group practice. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in clinical intervention but are also excited about contributing to a supportive, collaborative environment centered on holistic healing and professional growth.
