SALES COORDINATOR (CUMMING, GA)

The EXOVATIONS Sales Coordinator is the liaison between the EXOVATIONS sales team, production team, business development team and finance team. The Sales Coordinator reports to and assists the Sales Director with the training and performance of the sales team.

Job Duties:

  • Work with the sales team to ensure that all job contracts are complete and accurate for the review by the Operations Director.
  • Check change orders before approval by Sales Director.
  • Process approved EXOVATIONS change orders (ECO) sold by sales team members.
  • Assist Project Managers with pricing for change order budgets.
  • Facilitate the Operations Director's project changes and/or modifications with sales prior to job release.
  • Manage project status and keep details updated as changes occur, (e.g., HOA Hold List, Jobs on Hold, Jobs in Progress, In Progress drawings/survey, Site Survey) and follow up with Sales.
  • Assist in scheduling all training sessions and ride-a longs for new Sales Consultants.
  • Ensure vendors organize sales supply room for literature and samples.
  • Point of contact for Sales Consultants with questions regarding financing.
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend sales team meetings.
  • Help coordinate Special Quotes meetings with Sales Consultants and the Custom Pricing Team.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and help train new Sales Consultants.
  • Attend EXOVISION meetings when Sales Director is unavailable.
  • Help ensure that the sales team looks professional, including clothing and vehicles.
  • Initial point of contact for customer complaints regarding sales team.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Director

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven record within "person to person" sales.
  • Basic knowledge of Residential construction with home building or remodeling company a plus
  • Motivated and goal-orientated drive to exceed personal and company expectations
  • Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management skills, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Dependable, reliable, and has a strong work ethic

Key Results - The successful candidate will be able to produce the following outcomes:

  • Timely administrative training of new Sales Consultants to produce within 90 days. Helping the new trainee to professionally present EXOVATIONS® products, services, pricing, and timeline to homeowners with 100% accuracy.
  • New Projects moved to production with little to no changes from the release date. Communicate project specifications and timeline to production team with 100% accuracy.
  • Sales team meets (or exceeds) monthly and yearly sales projections.
  • Increase referral business by at least 10% by following up and/or scheduling sales team to visit projects in progress or recently completed.

Compensation and Benefits:
