Customer Service Representative
Location: Spokane, WA (Onsite)
Compensation: $20–$24/hour + Benefits

CV Resources is partnering with a well-established consumer goods company in Spokane, WA to help identify a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This is a high-volume role supporting both email and phone communications with customers and retail partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A background in sales or upselling is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries (approximately 75% email / 25% phone)

Assist with order entry, product information, shipping updates, and return processing

Resolve customer issues with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume or product-based environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with order management or CRM systems

Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities

A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills

Prior experience in sales or a sales-support role is a plus
