An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience, specializing in critical care nursing. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment where advanced nursing skills and compassionate patient care are essential.
Location: Clear Lake, Iowa

Schedule:
- 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts
- Every third weekend and every other holiday on-call (EOH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond promptly to emergencies with critical thinking and clinical expertise
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care procedures
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with experience in ICU nursing
- Ability to manage complex medical equipment and respond to critical situations
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and on-call rotations
