Position Description
Were excited to add new Sales position to the GrowthSpoke team! This is role isresponsible for managing all sales leads that come to the company, as well as generatingnew business opportunities. Building relationships with prospective customers is criticalfor this role.
Position Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Learn and communicate company services effectively
- Partner with the Director of Customer Success to meet with new leads and onboard customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Follow up consistently with prospects and inbound inquiries
- Meet or exceed activity and sales targets
- Collaborate with customer success and operations teams to support growth initiatives
Required Skills and Behaviors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to learn quickly and take coaching well
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
- CRM experience preferred but not required
Required Education and Experience
- 02 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Associates Degree in Sales or related field (Preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Long periods of sitting and looking at a computer
