What Youll Do

• Lead Clinical Admissions Complete assessments and create thoughtful treatment plans for new clients.
• Support in Crisis Step in with compassion and clarity during clinical crises and urgent client needs.
• Deliver Therapy Facilitate individual and group sessions, and collaborate on family therapy programs.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to audits, and uphold regulatory standards.
• Be a Team Player Help with additional duties that move the mission forward.

Who Were Looking For

• Credentials Required Must hold one of the following: CADC, LMHC, LMSW, or LISW
• Preferred Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
• Experienced 2+ years in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment settings
• Prepared First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Schedule & On-Call Expectations

• Workdays: MondayFriday (In-Person)
• On-Call: Rotation will begin once the program scales
