Job Description

This is a Manager-level opportunity with a rapidly growing financial advisory firm in the San Francisco Bay Area that was founded by former Big 4 professionals. They are experiencing significant growth after recently adding several major fintech clients and are looking to add three additional members to the team.

This role offers something that many accounting professionals struggle to find: the ability to move beyond a single company, industry, or function and gain exposure to a wide range of high-impact finance and accounting initiatives. You'll partner directly with client leadership teams and work on projects involving:

• M&A integrations, carve-outs, and divestitures

• IPO readiness and public company reporting

• Technical accounting and SEC reporting

• FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting

• Finance transformation and process improvement

• System implementations and close optimization

• Restructuring and strategic finance initiatives

What makes this opportunity particularly compelling is the combination of career growth and compensation upside. The firm is still relatively small, giving new hires the ability to make a visible impact, work closely with leadership, and help shape the future of the business. At the same time, you'll have exposure to large, complex organizations that most professionals only see from the audit side.

Highlights include:

• Compensation: $130K Base Salary + $40K - $50K target in incentive bonuses annually (increase YoY)

• Direct exposure to Fortune 500 clients and executive leadership teams

• Opportunity to build experience across multiple industries and finance functions

• Ground-floor opportunity with a fast-growing advisory platform

• Hybrid schedule (3 days/week in-office in San Francisco)

Requirements:

5+ Years of Big 4 Audit or Advisory Experience (Must be Managers/Senior Managers) or Combo (Public & Private) Corporate Accountant (No more than 1 Year Removed from Big 4)
