Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automation and Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems and controls for various projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively communicate with clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation solutions for industrial processes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
- Commission and troubleshoot control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems according to industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on automation systems and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation and controls engineering.
- Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and electrical engineering principles.
- Proven experience in commissioning and troubleshooting automation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and engage with clients.
