Laboratory Testing & Analysis
- Perform chemical and physical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, bulk, and finished products to verify they meet specifications.
- Conduct product release tests, in‐process control tests, and stability testing.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and standards for testing.
Instrument Operation & Maintenance
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, mass spectrometers, and other analytical equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on lab equipment and ensure proper functioning to support testing activities.
Quality Control & Data Management
- Monitor and verify product quality using statistical process control and other QC procedures.
- Interpret chromatograms, analyze trends, and compare results to specification limits.
- Record, analyze, and report data accurately; maintain raw data and documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.
Systems & Documentation
- Manage sample administration using SAP and LIMS systems.
- Support computer system validation, method validation, and creation of GMP documentation.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Perform root‐cause analysis for nonconformities and resolve instrumentation or testing issues.
- Communicate results and issues professionally with internal customers.
