Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and attentive Account Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a contract position expected to last 2-3 months, with the potential for an extension or transition to a long-term role based on performance. The role is fully on-site and involves managing high volumes of communication and coordinating work orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and reschedule technicians’ appointments to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Record detailed notes in the work order system based on updates from technicians and client communications.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining efficient and clear communication.
• Follow up with technicians to track progress and ensure work orders are completed as expected.
• Respond to client requests for facility services in alignment with department policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with technicians to manage dispatch, scheduling, and scope expectations for service calls.
• Verify that all service requests are completed in compliance with client agreements and satisfaction standards.
• Address emergency requests and client escalations with a focus on customer service and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting and vendor relations, to close out completed jobs and resolve any pricing issues.
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, technicians, and clients to support seamless operations.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle a high workload with a focus on detail.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to address and resolve client concerns pleasantly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software systems.
• Prior experience in account management, property management, or facility services is preferred.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and accurate reporting.
