We’re looking for a driven, professional Inside Sales Representative to help us connect with small businesses that need better websites and guide them toward solutions that fit their goals and budgets.
Position Overview
This is an in-office, outbound sales role based in Beaverton, Oregon. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying small service-based businesses that need high-quality websites. You’ll educate prospects, build trust, and close website sales through phone calls, email communication, and live web presentations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone established in their sales career who has call center or outbound sales experience and wants to grow within a professional digital agency environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and follow-up sequences
- Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects
- Educate business owners on the value of a professional website
- Present ForixCommerce website solutions clearly and confidently via phone and web presentations (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Deliver structured online demos and walkthroughs of website offerings
- Overcome objections and guide prospects through the sales process
- Schedule and conduct web-based sales presentations
- Close website packages and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Meet and exceed activity and performance goals
Who You Are
- An established sales professional.
- Experienced in a call center, outbound sales role, or formally trained in sales
- Confident and articulate on the phone and in virtual presentations
- Professional in tone, communication, and appearance
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Resilient and positive when facing rejection
- Familiar with how websites work (basic understanding of domains, hosting, design, SEO, etc.)
- Comfortable presenting via Zoom or similar web meeting platforms
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, call center sales, or similar environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone and video presence
- Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing
- Comfortable working in-office in Beaverton, Oregon
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience selling digital services or marketing services
- Experience using a CRM
- Experience conducting online sales presentations
- Familiarity with small business operations
