Job DescriptionAbout the Position:We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality customer service across multiple channels, including phone, in-person, and email. The key duties include:
- Providing accurate information on orders, shipping, inventory, and product specifications.
- Assisting customers with shipping inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Answering questions regarding product availability, pricing, and features.
- Occasionally performing in-person boot fittings and assisting with other product selections.
- Maintaining confidentiality, especially with our government clients.
- Pay: $20/hr

- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- No prior experience in wildland fire is necessary; we are looking for a hardworking individual eager to learn about the industry.
- This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
