Job DescriptionNow Hiring: 30 Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives (CSR) – Temp | Onsite | $19/hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking 30 dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives to support a leading healthcare services provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about patient care and administrative excellence to join a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Location: Onsite in Overland Park

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: July 21
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Assignment Type: 3 month contract to start

About the Role:

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, high-volume setting and are committed to delivering exceptional service. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and providers, ensuring accurate intake and communication across pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Schedule appointments and manage call queues using a dialer system

  • Collect and document patient demographics, insurance details, and medical history

  • Coordinate with physicians to obtain missing or required information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1–3 months of related experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be comfortable working 100% onsite



Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
