The DNA Group is seeking a Business Process Consultant to evaluate and optimize user access controls and audit procedures for a justice information system. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise IT strategy, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and skilled in developing and implementing improvements to access management and compliance workflows.
Overview Requirements:
• Proven expertise in IT strategic planning and enterprise-level workflow optimization.
• Strong working knowledge of access control frameworks and user audit methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and document current and target states of business processes through flow diagrams and detailed reports.
• Experience creating user-friendly process documentation and audit procedures for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with best practices for access management across multi-agency or multi-organization platforms.
• Lead assessments of existing access control (grant, deny, revoke) and user audit processes at both organizational and individual levels.
• Conduct interviews and working sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points.
• Produce current state documentation including flow diagrams and process summaries for access control and user audits.
• Evaluate current practices against industry standards and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Develop target state models and provide detailed recommendations for enhancing process governance and compliance.
• Deliver a final report including a comprehensive implementation plan and timeline for process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including public speaking and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to produce and present detailed process analysis reports and visual workflows.

• Progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure and applications architecture: 11 years (Required)
• IT Project and Program management experience: 11 years (Required)
• IT Team Leadership Experience: 11 years (Required)
• Outstanding oral communication skills, including public speaking: 11 years (Required)
• Outstanding written communication skills, including writing complex documents: 11 years (Required)
• IT strategic planning and strategy: 5 years (Required)
• Enterprise Architecture Certification (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman, or similar): 11 years (Highly Desired)
