Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth—whether in-person or over the phone.
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups using our dental software.
• Handle patient check-ins/check-outs and collect co-pays or balances.
• Coordinate insurance verifications and authorizations.
• Support a smooth flow between front office and clinical team.
• Be a reassuring and friendly first point of contact for nervous little ones and their parents.
• Other assigned tasked by management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office (pediatric experience a plus!)
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency with dental practice software (we’ll train the right candidate)
• A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine love for working with children
