Our company is currently seeking a bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company on QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
- Entering all incoming bills
- Generating invoices
- Enter and generate payroll via QuickBooks
- Enter deposits
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Make entries to check register
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting and three years working with QuickBooks
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
