Administrative Assistant - Medical Accounts Receivable Consultants (MARC)


Position Summary: This position provides administrative support to management to ensure efficient operations within the office. They will carry out administration duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. with accuracy and efficiency. An Administrative Assistant exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. They are detail oriented and organized. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer and client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in answering and transferring incoming calls to the appropriate party.
  • Assist in data entry including batching and manual inputting of new accounts.
  • Assist in email correspondence to/from the company email.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm on-site at our corporate office.

Essential Requirements for Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills to include MS Office and Adobe.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Specialized Knowledge/Beneficial Skills and Experience

  • Customer service skills/willingness to help people.
  • Pleasant, easy going, hard to offend.
  • Organized, responsive and attention to detail

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

Normal office environment with heavy computer usage, sitting, standing, squatting and telephone usage.
