Job Description:

We’re opening a seasonal restaurant in Scarborough, Maine (Pine Point), focused on Spanish-inspired food — especially paellas and crepes. We're hiring sous chefs to prep and cook during service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen job for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something new.

You’ll receive training in authentic Spanish cuisine. We’re looking for someone with real kitchen experience and a strong work ethic — someone who shows up, works hard, and cares about doing things right.

Responsibilities:

  • Prep and cook dishes during service

  • Follow recipes and maintain food quality

  • Learn and execute paellas, crepes, and other Spanish menu items

  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous kitchen experience

  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn

  • Good attitude, clean habits, and reliability

  • Available evenings and weekends

Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time preferred

Pay: Based on experience: $22.00- $30.00
