Job Description

Forklift Operator Helper / Material Handler

· $21/Hour to start

· Manchester, NH

· Monday – Friday

· First Shift, 7am – 3:30pm

Duties:

· Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries.

· Stage materials and products for shipment r storage.

· Help move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.

· Remove finished products from production lines and transport them to designated storage areas.

· Prepare pallets, crates, and packaging materials for shipment.

· Verify product counts and assist with inventory accuracy.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Assist forklift operators with material handling and warehouse operations.

· Follow work orders, production schedules, and company procedures.

· Perform general labor duties as assigned.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Basic math and counting skills.

· Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

· Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred but not required.

· Must be able to pass drug and background checks.
