A well-established food manufacturing company in Vernon, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its onsite team. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented customer support professional with experience in order processing, account support, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.

The team values professionalism, reliability, initiative, and strong communication. You will work closely with internal partners across plant operations, transportation, warehouse, and sales to help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, review, and process customer orders while verifying pricing, product availability, shipping details, and customer requirements.
- Monitor order status, identify discrepancies or delays, and coordinate with internal teams to support timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels with clear, professional, and solution-focused communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order notes, documentation, and communication logs in accordance with company processes.
- Partner with plant, transportation, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve inventory questions, delivery issues, and order concerns.
- Identify recurring issues, workflow gaps, and opportunities to support process improvements and future SOP development.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm or 7:30am to 4:00pm.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Vernon, CA.
