Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab RN – 12-Hour Days\nFacility Type: Level II Trauma Center | 340-bed hospital\nContract Length: 13 Weeks\nStart Date: ASAP\nShift: 12-Hour Days (07:00 – 19:30)\nWeekly Hours: 36 GSA hours/week\nScrub Colors: TBD\n\nPosition Details\nUnit: Cardiac Catheterization Lab\nOn-Call Requirement: Yes – 6 to 8 days per 6-week schedule\nFloat: To be determined\nWeekends/Holidays: Required as needed per call schedule\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience:\nMinimum 2 years of recent RN experience specifically in a Cardiac Cath Lab\n\nLicensure:\nKY RN license or Compact State RN license\n\nCertifications:\nAHA BLS\nAHA ACLS\nNIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)\n\nCharting System: \nEPIC experience required\n\nIdeal Candidate Traits\nIndependent, strong clinical judgment in a high-acuity setting\nResilient and able to adapt well to change\nEffective communicator and team player\nComfortable in a fast-paced environment\n\nCall Back potential exists during on-call shifts\nNo guaranteed hours during orientation week\nGuaranteed hours resume after orientation except during holidays if the unit is closed\n
