Analyze product needs and prepare the proper communication (internal/external) for recommended buying activities to achieve company sales goals.

Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH.

You’ll analyze our inventory and forecasts to ensure our supply needs are met, plus maintain systems and reports relating to the buying of product. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the update and communication of buying needs
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement new & enhanced buying strategies
  • Ensuring inventory usage is aligned with product acquisition
  • Recommending avenues of sale for excess and buying to fill inventory shortages
  • Analyzing product forecasts and giving direction for re-order
  • Providing prioritization and instruction for grading and packaging based on inventory needs

Qualified applicant will have:

  • 3+ years experience with emphasis on product planning and forecasting
  • Excellent planning/organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel spreadsheets
  • Advanced math and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented, self-directed and motivated
  • Familiarity with numismatics preferred
