Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Contract (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
We are seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), with strong potential for a temp-to-permanent placement. This role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules and is well suited for candidates looking to grow into a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents’ independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Document patient treatments and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment
Required Qualifications:
- Active state COTA license
- New graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Certifications:
- Current COTA certification as required by state regulations
