Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist guests with menu selections.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow front-of-house team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining area and assist with clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Cash Handling: Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant or sports bar environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy setting.
- Must possess a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
