LifeTree Inc. is looking for a File Clerk to join our team for a 3-to-6-month temporary assignment. Job Type: Part-time, Temporary Assignment, 1099/Independent Contractor position.
Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to:
· Sort, label, and file paperwork alphabetically or numerically.
· Organize, maintain, and secure physical records, ensuring documents are accurately filed, scanned, and easily accessible.
· Handle sensitive records and data entry while adhering to strict confidentiality protocols to manage company information effectively.
· Assist with copying, faxing, and basic administrative tasks.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience (1–2+ years) is preferred but not required.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Proficient in MS Office, scanners, and file management.
· Strict adherence to data privacy and security regulations.
· Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver boxes up to 25 lbs.
This temporary assignment is on-site Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm
