Responsibilities:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom events.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Support the emotional and social development of students through guidance and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
- Relevant educational credentials (e.g., CDA, ECE degree).
- Background check clearance and references required.
- Flexibility to adapt to various teaching scenarios and student needs.
