We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Director of Nursing to provide high-quality care to residents in a senior living community. You’ll play a vital role in managing chronic conditions, administering medications, and supporting overall wellness in a warm, respectful environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, evaluate, and supervise all clinical resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.

Direct and oversee implementation of the facility's nursing policies and procedures.

Assess resident care needs and assist in the development of individualized plans of resident care and provide direct resident care if needed.
Assume responsibility for nursing service compliance to federal, state and local regulations as required for the license of St. Andrews's at Francis Place

Assist with interviewing, selecting, hiring, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and terminating nursing personnel

Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Communicate regularly with families, physicians, and staff about resident needs
- Explain (interpret) the facility's policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, etc.

Oversee the purchasing of nursing supplies and equipment in a cost-effective manner by working with Central Supply Clerk.
Qualifications:
- An active unrestricted RN license (State of Missouri) is required for this position
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or senior healthcare preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to dignity and resident-centered care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
