Responsibilities

Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry advancements.

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Monitor patient responses to therapy and report any changes.

Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment processes and expectations.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in radiation therapy.

Assist in the development of treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of care.

Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve treatment effectiveness.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance treatment delivery.
Experience/Qualifications

Valid radiation therapy certification and state licensure for practice.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Experience in administering radiation therapy in a clinical setting.
