Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration, while promoting independence and dignity

Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

High school diploma or equivalent required

0 years of experience as a CNA; training and orientation provided for new hires

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
