**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is either licensed or willing to earn their insurance broker license. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with policy inquiries, claims, and supporting our team in day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy changes, and claims processing
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Pursue and maintain an insurance broker license if not already licensed
**Qualifications:**
- Current insurance broker license preferred; willingness to obtain license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
