Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:
\n
• Work 5-8 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts
\n• Complete approximately 8 echocardiograms per 8-hour shift
\n• Float between campuses as needed
\n• Required certifications: BLS, RDCS or RCS
\n• Work with GE E95 echo equipment
\n• Use MERGE and MEDITECH documentation systems
\n• Wear provided surgical scrubs
\n• Follow IAC and ASE guidelines
\n• Must demonstrate good bedside manner and patient experience skills
\n• Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE including 3D), and stress echocardiograms
\n• Conduct pre and post echo procedures for valvular replacements, TAVR, MitraClip, WATCHMAN, and AMULET procedures
\n• Advanced skills needed in adult echo, TEE, and stress echo
\n• Work within a 400-bed facility in the cardiovascular services department on the 4th floor
