As a Benefits Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for 401(k) plan participants. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional support, addressing a wide range of inquiries related to their accounts. This is a crucial role that combines strong communication skills with a deep understanding of retirement plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serving as a resource: You'll handle incoming emails and phone calls, providing clear and empathetic support to participants.
  • Problem-solving: You'll research and resolve complex issues that have been escalated from our call center, ensuring a quick and accurate solution.
  • Educating participants: You will help participants understand their retirement plan provisions, including contribution options and distribution rules.
  • Collaborating with others: You’ll work closely with internal teams, recordkeepers, and advisors to ensure all participant concerns are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintaining records: You'll use our ticketing system to document all participant interactions and track service requests from start to finish.

We're looking for someone with a strong customer service background and a knack for problem-solving. Experience with 401(k), payroll, or employee benefits is a big plus.
