Compensation:
$15 - $16 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards
- Replace linens, make beds, and restock towels and amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash from assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure all rooms are properly prepared for guest arrivals
- Follow hotel cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain housekeeping carts and supply inventory
- Provide courteous service when interacting with guests or team members
- Support deep cleaning projects as scheduled
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming property overall
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining guest satisfaction
